Last Saturday, May 23, 2026, more than 70 nuns in person and almost all of the communities that are part of the Conceptionistas Misioneras de la Enseñanza Congregation, met in Madrid (MM.Concepcionistas Princesa) around the figure of our Mother Superior, M. Belén Gómez de Castro, to celebrate her life and give thanks for her work. It was a beautiful day, organized with great love and dedication in which the reunion, joy and friendship marked the succession of all the events, which were not few. Thanksgiving celebration, online meeting with the nuns who could not attend in person, food, games, smiles and a visit to the nuns of the Las Rozas Nursing Home that tenderly brought the festive atmosphere closer to the older nuns. Thank you M. Belén, for every day and for giving us opportunities like this to get closer and meet that also help us feel united wherever we do our work.
