M. Belén Gómez de Castro, Superior General, on her Pastoral Visit to Venezuela, has arrived in La Morán. There she spent a few days with the sisters and greatly enjoyed the meeting with these nuns who work committedly every day in favor of the most disadvantaged. There he was able to appreciate the affection that the families have for both the nuns and the Carmen Sallés school, which is carrying out great social work in that environment. His nursery school is an oasis of life and hope in the midst of a very difficult social reality. From this medium we show our great gratitude to both the nuns and the educators who carry out their mission there.
