M. Belén Gómez de Castro, Superior General of the Congregation, has made a visit to the Province of Brazil From November 11 to 29, 2024 where he has also chaired the XXII Provincial Chapter which was held from November 14 to 17, 2024.
There he has received a loving welcome in all his destinations. In BrasiliaCoinciding with her birthday, students, nuns and teachers welcomed her at the airport and at the entrance to the María Inmaculada school. He has also visited the Madre Carmen Sallés Educational Center, a social work in Brasilia, where the reception, once again, was very emotional and close. He later moved to Rio de Janeiro where he was from November 22 to 23. The warm welcome of the students was manifested with a welcome event in which the entire school participated and which included a beautiful exhibition by the rhythmic gymnastics students and the presentation of gifts by the class representatives. Mother Belén was also able to visit the classrooms and chat with the high school students.
