In the afternoon of yesterday, the celebrations for the 125th Anniversary of the Foundation of the College of Conceptionist Mothers In the city. In addition to the local, provincial and educational authorities, the provincial superior of the Congregation, Madre Belén Gómez de Castro, and representatives of all the levels of the educational community attended. The congregation founded by Santa Carmen Sallés in Burgos, in 1892, took only two years to spread to Segovia, where he arrived in 1894. Segovia's was the second school that mAdres Concepcionistas founded in Spain. The anniversary organization foresees an extensive program of acts and activities that, surely, will serve to arouse emotions in all participants, since the commemoration of the ephemeris combines the celebration of a history of 125 years and the future that for the Concepcionist educational community opens with the building of the new school, thus combining experience and innovation.

Family Day); April 6 (125 years saying yes. Meeting Educational Community); April 9 (125 years thinking about you. Student day); May 31 (125 years looking at Maria. Ex -alumnus day); June 7 (125 reasons to thank. Closing), and June 8 (125 years accompanying lives. Educators who have been part of the conceptionist history).

The conceptionist commemoration will extend, then, throughout the first semester of the year, coinciding with the last two trimesters of the course. Students, parents and teachers will have opponent to get a little closer to school and meet him better. «125 years thinking about you; 125 years looking at María Immaculate; 125 years committed to Segovia, and 125 years educating in the style of Carmen Sallés », are some of the slogans chosen for celebrations.
