M. Nieves Zabalegui and Eva Mª Díaz, bursar and provincial administrator respectively, have convened the bursars of our communities on March 13 and 14 to review the management of the year 2025. Time and space for work and reflection dedicated to reviewing the Economic Report, as well as delving into the use and updating of documents shared on the congregation's intranet.
During these days, the religious women responsible for the administration in their communities shared experiences, reviewed procedures and resolved doubts related to daily management. The meeting also allowed us to analyze the documents that have been incorporated into the intranet, with the aim of facilitating common work and ensuring that all communities have clear and updated tools.
Beyond the technical aspect, the meeting was marked by a climate of collaboration and spirit of service. The bursars, who perform a discreet but essential work in the life of the communities, once again showed their dedication and responsibility in caring for resources, always at the service of the mission and fraternal life.
The exchange of experiences and mutual help between the participants contributed to strengthening the networking between the different Conceptionist communities in Spain. These meetings allow not only to improve organization and transparency in management, but also to recognize and value the commitment of those who perform this service with dedication, generosity and sense of responsibility.
The meeting concluded with gratitude for the work done and with the desire to continue walking together, supporting each other in a task that, although often silent, is essential for the proper functioning and sustainability of community life.
