The first chapel dedicated to Santa Carmen Sallés in Brazil is advancing at a good pace. It is being built in Passos (Brazil) near the Nossa Senhora de Fátima Parish, whose parish priest is actively involved with the project. With great initiative and resolution, this priest who has always walked hand in hand with the Concepcionista de Passos Family in this task, has promoted various initiatives to promote construction. Among all of them, the raffles, promotional videos, advertising graphic materials and, of course, religious celebrations with parishioners from the area stand out for their uniqueness.
The result is a great community project that is filling many of the residents of the area with joy and enthusiasm, who are excited to see how the work is progressing in this neighborhood of Passos, of a medium-low socio-economic level. Once again, what is most surprising is the high degree of involvement that Santa Carmen Sallés manages to awaken with her example of life.
As you can see in the photos that we share here with all of you, the Superior General of the Congregation, Mother María Isabel Moraza, who is on a pastoral visit to Brazil, attended the weekly celebration on Saturdays to accompany and thank all those involved for the effort made. In addition , we also share here a video of Mother Sumathi Chinthalapudi who presents us with great joy the project and the facebook of the Nossa Senhora de Fátima Parish ( https://www.facebook.com/virgemdefatimapassos ) in which you can follow the evolution of the works. Maybe next year we can share with all of you the photos of the inauguration.
