A day for history at the Carmen Sallés School!
Last April 9 was a very exciting moment. On the 25th Anniversary of the Concepcionista Carmen Sallés school in Santa Fe, Granada, The plaque that gives its name to the square at our entrance was inaugurated, which from that day on was officially called Plaza Santa Carmen Sallés. It was a beautiful event, full of memories and gratitude, where we felt more united than ever. We want to heartily thank the Municipal Corporation, the representatives of the AMPA, the Lay Movement and the former teachers who have passed through our classrooms and who have returned home, and to all those people who have accompanied us today on this important day.
During the inauguration, we had the honor of hearing some very special and loving words from M. Francisca García Salamanca, Principal Director of the center, the mayor and our students, who have valued the legacy and work of our school in the town. The blessing of the priest and the moment of the wonderful performance of our Choir was also very emotional. Thank you to everyone who has made this day possible.
