It was chaired by M. Ingrid Matos as delegate of the Superior General. It had its main headquarters in Laguneta de Montaña, Los Teques, Venezuela, where M. Ingrid Matos, the Chapter Mothers of Venezuela and Mexico, attended.

Those of the Dominican Republic had their headquarters in Los Frailes, Santo Domingo Este, Dominican Republic.
