The Concepcionistas school of Segovia (Castilla y León) has been proclaimed winner of the national carol competition of CADENA 100 (Spanish Frequency Popular Radio) in the 2025 Christmas edition. The initiative, known as The Christmas carol from CADENA 100 O Solidarity carol, is one of the station's most consolidated Christmas proposals at the state level.
The contest is aimed mainly at educational centers, choirs and children's groups, who participate with the creation and interpretation of an original Christmas-themed carol. The compositions are sent to the station within the established deadline and go through a selection process involving a jury and, in some editions, the participation of the public.
