Under this motto, a group of Conceptionist educators attend a leadership training this week . And Higher Program in Management of Educational Centers, custom designed to respond to the current challenges of education and the desire for train managers capable of leading quality, innovative and evangelizing educational projects, deeply rooted in the conceptionist charisma.

This training proposal, presented by the La Salle Campus Madrid Graduate School, has a solid experience of more than 20 years. The program offers a practical training experience, aimed at enhancing the talent and personal and professional development of each participant, through learning new techniques, training, motivation and recognition.

It is a space of reflection, where participants connect with the institution, with what they are and with what they want to become. An environment designed to transform the way of doing education from the founding ideas, face new challenges and light sparks that illuminate the path, with the certainty that we only grow and create together.

The training combines external experts, that provide a current and adaptable view of the educational reality, with internal experts, that convey the experience and educational model of La Salle, along with the valuable exchange of experiences between the participants themselves, coming from different centers. All of this favors the development of the necessary skills for the future directors of our Conceptionist schools.
