We have worked for students and teachers at the Carmen Sallés school on this topic: “Easter for everyone, let's return color to our lives.” Jesus is the son of Our Heavenly Father. Our Father sent Jesus to earth for an important purpose: to return to life after his death. He is in heaven. He will never die again. He grants us the grace to rise with him on the day of our death to ascend to heaven.
In the parish, the Kisenso sisters attended the retreat whose theme was: “you are living stones” 1 Pt 2.5. There the priest developed the following subthemes:
- Jesus a living stone rejected by men, but chosen by God. That is, Jesus is rejected due to the lack of listening to his word, the non-application of standards by today's Christians.
- Destroying this temple and in three days I will rebuild it means that we must kill the bad in Him and take a step of forgiveness, frequenting the sacraments.
Our mothers from Kinshasa have just finished their Easter retreat. It was a rich time of being with the Master. Because of this they have the joy of walking together.
